THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This item is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million occasions, and it still doesn't work. The construction is pathetic, and the layout are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so disappointed that I wished I'd bought something usable instead
